Coaching is more focused on
helping you achieve your future goals and empower you with the
tools necessary to become a better version of yourself, while
psychotherapy tends to have more of a past and present focus
diagnosis. Therapy is more on self-reflection and healing from
your past, while the focus in coaching is more on getting you to
where you wish to be next.
