We offer standard shipping on all orders placed on www.dearbrothersdearsisters.com.  International orders vary in customs and duties based on country.  For orders in the United States, your order is typically processed within 1 to 3 business days and delivered in 4 to 8 business days following fulfillment. In rare circumstances, the package may take up to 14 business days. Since we are committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible, orders are processed soon after placement. Because of these quick processed times, orders cannot be canceled, changed or adjusted once placed.   

Returns

For products purchased directly on www.dearbrothersdearsisters.com, we offer a 7 Day Satisfaction Guarantee. The 7 day period begins upon the date of your purchase.   Within those 7 days, you may submit a request for a product exchange.  If the item has been unreasonably tampered with, the original contents are not returned in full, or shows signs of excessive wear and tear from user misuse, we reserve the right to deny a return.  *All sells are final in regards to DBDS Masks*
